What to take for osteoporosis

Very difficult. My bones had become so mushy (not a technical term) that I felt it was time for drugs.
I did six months of Forteo, six months of Tymlos, 12 months of Evenity, and had Reclast infusion in June 2024.
Every one of these drugs improved my bone health. Of course, I don’t know about the Reclast yet.
I have been very fortunate in that I had no side effects to speak of. Sometimes I wonder about this as I have plenty of aches and pains, fibromyalgia, a recent bradycardia episode, gerd, other unidentified symptoms- so maybe I am having side effects.
Prior to first going on the drugs, I was exercising snd supplementing like crazy, but bones just continued to crumble. Now, I feel like I can safely hike around on uneven ground and I don’t fear a fall so much.
Still, this is a difficult decision.

I am interested in how you are dealing with your fibromyalgia, which I have along with osteoporosis. Due to my fibro pain and insomia from it, I find it difficult to do the exercises to help my osteoporosis. Are you taking any meds that help relieve your fibro pain? Thanks.
