Questions about a new pain!!

I'm currently 9 weeks post sigmoidectomy. My stoma is okay, & has a normal output. I recently in the last day have had a new pain & discomfort in my left lower abdomen. It hurts more when I move, bend, etc. It kind of feels internal. There's nothing bulging, however I know invisible hernias are possible. The ED department in my town is a loooong wait. No joke at least 3 hours in the waiting room. As much as I don't want to go through that, I also don't want to ignore this if it persist. For some reason these things always happen to me on the weekends. Wondering if I should wait it out till tomorrow & see if it persist, or should I act immediately? Any advice is greatly appreciated, and I thank you all in advance!!

I had colorectal surgery about 10 years ago and the remaining piece of my rectum removed about 3 years ago. The pain in area where my anus was, is getting worse and more frequent to the point now the pain is so bad that I seldom get out of bed, because I have more pain when I walk. Can't seem to find a doctor that can diagnose the problem.
