@gerberdaisy for pulsatile tinnitus, surgery can help (my daughter had metal coils put in her brain for a fistula) but I have been all over the place for help with tinnitus. Neuro. Otoneuro, ENT.

There are retraining programs that help some but those seem to be through audiology. CBT and psychiatry are suggested. Some try hearing aids, white noise. I can't do any of those but others can benefit.

With your background, I hope you will share what you think is possible in terms of help. I never intend to argue with anyone on here: I just wanted to save someone else from the hope I had when I went to all those professionals and how disappointing it was.

Hey I’m sorry, I reread how I wrote that and it was snippy. I should never write first thing in the morning. Apologies.
And agreed wholeheartedly about being let down by all the “professionals”!
I’m going to get a stellate ganglion block next month. I hear it can even help brain fog? I’ll write about that later.
