Cutaneous Calcification: Avoid in patients known to have an underlying hypercalcemic disorder. Caution should be used in patients with previously stable cutaneous calcification.

Tymlos can cause hypercalcemia, but then the tenderness may be unrelated to microcalcification. I'd want reimaging of the breasts and calcium monitoring.

Tymlos did not cause breast tenderness for me. Microcalcifications in my experience, if in the breast, are not cutaneous. Not sure if you are referring to the latter. I would definitely get a mammogram, manual exam, ultrasound, whatever is sufficient to diagnose and reassure.

Tymlos doesn't cause breast tenderness for me, but my breasts are definitely larger. It feels like messing with the parathyroid hormone might have increased estrogen?

Try DIM/DIM plus supplement (100 - 150 units) - I read on the box yesterday it is an estrogen counterbalance for breast tenderness!

Thank you . I have been using a small amount of oral vit E and it helps. DIM is too strong for me. Our bodies are so different and have many different needs. Its a journey to figure your self out and what works best.
My best to you.
