I really don't like to sit. No movie or dinner dates for me. But sometimes I have to take long drives. Using ice helps but as ridiculous as this sounds pool noodles help the most. I have one cut in lengths of eight inches and I move them around to wherever they are the most comfortable. It shifts the stress to different muscles, so no one area is constantly strained. Sometimes I use just one vertically at the spine sometimes to the right of the spine. Mostly I use one horizontally wherever it feels best that being wherever it needs support. But I shift them constantly.
Did the back pain with Evenity start with the first injection and worsen at the 11th? or was the onset gradual.
