@kathyv66 I had tingling on side of neck and down to upper part of upper chest off and on. The natural form 600 mg a day did the trick. No pain, just tingling , nerve related. I use AOR with sodium and biotin, since R Lipoic acid can drain the biotin. At first I used 600 mg a day, now I have cut it down to 150mg - 300 mg. It’s a wonderful antioxidant.
