Yes, I second the recommend to see and ENT. Mild mucosal thickening is typically not something to worry about and could be from allergies/inflammation/sinus problem

Can I ask what Dr ordered the test?

An ENT could also address possible allergies, tinnitus and some of the other symptoms you described

The weakness you describe should be addressed as well

ENT's really have nothing to offer for tinnitus other than counseling. Some audiologists are better for "ringing in the ears." I went to the very respected Mass. Eye and Ear to see a neurotologist and they didn't offer anything helpful either. Research is ongoing.

Some people respond to white noise (pink, brown noise) and you can try that with your phone overnight. It gave me vertigo.
