72 hour Fast - how’d it go

Posted by rileylori74 @rileylori74, Sep 20 10:51am

In the 72 hour fast right now. About 1/2 through. Any thing happened that surprised you or different than what you thought? I’ve had a horrible headache probably from caffeine withdrawal and although the nurses indicated it’s common to give caffeine pills during the fast but the doctor kept denying me the pills. He has since changed his mind thankfully. My sugar hit low 60s last night but bounced back to 73 this morning. When did you guys hit your low.

Hi. The fast is for hypoglycemia without diabetes to rule out a nesioblastosis which is an insulin producing tumor on you pancreas.
