Neuropathy in my feet seems to bother me only at night when I've been off my feet for an hour or so. This is not uncommon as I've read where others experience the same problem. I do take Gabapentin before bed, but also leave my feet uncovered, or just covered with a sheet, and I find that keeping my feet cooler at night works for me most of the time.
