Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat or non-fat dairy foods. Eat lean proteins, such as seafood, lean meats and poultry, eggs, beans, peas, nuts, seeds, and soy products. Limit saturated fat and avoid trans fat.

If you have an aneurysm, you should avoid foods that are high in fat, cholesterol, and sodium, and eat a HEART -HEALTHY DIET

people who ate two servings or more of fruit a day were 25 percent less likely to have an abdominal aortic aneurysm and 43 percent less likely to have a rupture than those who ate less than once piece of fruit a day.
