I do not have headaches; I did develop almost debilitating tinnitus (among other "charming" symptoms) with COVID in late March/early April 2023. Ditto about those not taking me seriously. I'm going to see an EMT tho' from all I've read, there's nothing to do for tinnitus. Mine is strange - my mom (z"l) suffered from the same as she was going through health issues 27 years ago - in addition to 'whooshing' sounds in my left, in my right, I "hear" music - different tunes - just the orchestration not the singing. I'm laughing as I'm writing because it's nuts and the songs differ greatly. My "play list" is not what I'd have chosen. That plus a connective tissue disorder all manifest from COVID. Choose your expletive. I have favorites.

I might be wrong but the music in your head could be what they call “ear worms “, don’t freak out it’s just the name they gave it. It’s very difficult at times because in my experience I get one song without lyrics and it stays for days sometimes weeks. I’ve done a little research on it and the biggest cause is stress and depression, wow that’s a surprise. On a bright note you might have something different to and at least your music is a variety of different tunes, I would rather have what you’re getting with all due respect.
