I have this too . Have you had any imaging? I cannot do contrast but a CT or MRI might be a good idea to check for an acoustic neuroma This can also be trigeminal neuralgia. A good neurologist can prescribe meds to help....

Oh, yes. Lots of imaging.. and many doctors. All are puzzled. Started antiseizure meds yesterday after a visit to the neurologist. Possible TN. I also was told I am having muscle spasms in my ear. Not fun!
