Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

Hi , I'm a female, age 62. Several months ago I started having tremors at night in my head and sometimes in my chest. I have tinnitus in left ear. I have occasional heart palpitations. When to doctors and no one could address. Did the whole work up with cardiology and everything normal. The tremors went away for awhile but back again. Wakes me up at night. I initially thought it could be anxiety but I don't think so. I can fall asleep fine but the tremors wake me up. Could this be hormonal?
Any advise is appreciated.

has the cardiologist given you a holter monitor to wear for a weak or two?

Hello DId you solve the problem yet ? Do you understand whats this ?

I do experience the never ending buzzing vibrations. I had a core sample done a few years back that showed that I length dependent neuropathy. I have since had Emus done and each showed the same diagnosis, length dependent neuropathy. Recently I had another EMG which showed that I have gotten much worse. I was diagnosed with peripheral polyneuropathy.
