Thank you for your comment! And, thank for the suggestion of alternating to a higher dose on calm days.

And, it was especially reassuring to hear that for you jumping from 7 to 8 clicks resulted in a huge difference in side effects. I was beginning to think that my body's poor reaction to 7 clicks (as opposed to 6 clicks being relatively bearable) was purely psychosomatic.

I have been doing four clicks on Tymlos for 2/months When I went to five clicks, I started having severe symptoms. Even though I went back again to four clicks, on the symptoms have not disappeared. I get severe pain in my hands and my feet. I think I might try Forteo… i’ll see what the rheumatologist says next on Friday. I don’t know if my half dose is working at all. The first 30 days I get tachycardia, and I can actually taste the medication after the injection. The next 30 days on the same pen, no tachycardia, but I can still taste it but my less
