The mistake would be an internal one with Quest. Ask-crew wouldn't have the answer. If the lab report has written CTX instead of P1NP or if they are giving you the CTX in mcg/L it is a simple error, but Quest has to provide the answer.
It's excellent that you are looking at your labs so carefully.
