There is a shortcut ... simply present to an ER with symptoms. I know it doesn't solve the systemic problem, but it will likely get faster results.

That depends...Glenda is in Canada and they have their own care system.
I have been really good at being the "squeaky wheel" on the phone, asking for a spot on the cancellation list, and repeating every few days to a week.
