Are you taking K2-MK4, vitamin D and magnesium also? The K2 moves the calcium out of the blood stream and binds it to your bones. My doc primary care "forgot" to tell me to take the K2 and told me to take calcium supplement to help my osteoporosis...duh...now I have non stemi coronary artery disease due to high calcium plaques. On Repatha and Zetia now...

I am now seeing an endocrinologist and undergoing lots of tests. I get my diagnosis this week but the doctor feels I have hyperparathyroidism. One or more of my parathyroid glands are causing the overproduction of calcium. My exhaustion, osteoporosis, frequent urination, and aching joints are all symptoms of hyperparathyroidism. So far the test results are positive but I have several other test results coming this week. I will need to have the faulty parathyroid removed and that should take care of the problems I am having. Thank you for your suggestions.
