Tymlos injection question

The idea behind spacing is to avoid creating scar tissue, which interferes with absorption, I believe. At least from my experience with a kid on insulin. It takes a long time to create scar tissue.

I could always see where I had recently injected.

Every once in awhile it hurts a little.

Step 12 in the instructions is about priming the pen. That has nothing to do with injecting . It makes sure that when you do inject, the medicine 's dose is coming through and also that there are no air bubbles. Are you priming @alicevondall?

I was priming by just lightly flicking it with my fingers. Should I also set it to 80 and get let a drop come out before injecting? Thanks for your help
