Perhaps your RO can just give you the 6 months and be done with it? 7 1/2 months seems like a weird interval - usually done in increments of 6 months.
Also, what do your MD’s say about your weight
loss? Are they concerned? Do blood tests show anything else unusual going on?
Be sure you are getting more protein than you need. muscles can waste away on ADT and all the working out won’t do anything. Possibly low sugar Ensure or Atlas Bars from Amazon might be a good idea.

I'm on six months total. I have 1 1/2 months to go. Sorry for the confusion. My MD's don't say anything--they barely even respond to my messages and I go to a major cancer center. I've been trying for almost a month now to get some information I need for work from them and the admin assistant just keeps saying "we'll send it soon."

My bloodwork so far has all been normal. I do feel nauseous a lot especially about an hour after I take Orgovyx, lasting about two hours, but I don't want to mention this to my radonc or he will stick me back on Lupron which made me suicidally depressed plus I've heard it takes forever to wear off.

I drink whey protein powder and milk for breakfast before I go to the gym.
