Strange advice. This person may have already had a prostatectomy and had to have follow up radiation because the cancer came back. That happened to me.

Radiation is replacing a prostatectomy for more people because it is very successful. There are also multiple types of radiation to choose from. At least you don’t end up unable to get an erection which happens almost every time with surgery.

@johnoclark you might be surprised at the advances they have made with types of radiation machines. Check out the mirage randomized trial results.
