How long did you have to wait to see a Cardiologist?

I called to check on my cardiologist that I’ve been referred to and was told back in January it would be fall . Now I’m told the new year? Kinda cranky!!!!!

I too would be cranky! Last week after a trip to the ER I was told to "see your cardiologist within 5 days" - I was offered an appointment on October 21st - Was I ever cranky. Fortunately, I held my temper and got through the red tape. I'm scheduled this week.
Now if only I could do as well for my husband - 3rd day on hold with one of his docs, trying to get a reasonable follow-up on a biopsy (as in under 2 months.)

Last week I remarked that the Emergency Department and the Urgent Care Centers have become our de facto primary health care providers.
