Thank you for sharing Judi. I
experience challenges daily to be patient with my husband because of his extreme hearing loss and now perhaps some Cognitive issues. I wonder if anyone can make suggestions about access to testing for MCI? We went to Scripps, but she only tested him for dementia.

Perhaps see a Neurologist or a Gerontologist? Good luck.

My husband is 78, numerous health problem, lately he is very forgetful and easy to get frustrat when he can't remember things.
He has Heart Pacemaker, because of this, he needs to have a cardiologist nurse be in the room when he has MRI, we are waiting for appointment.
I have anxiety and Panic attack issue, very hard for me to be patient with my husband, though I really try, I feel frustrated at time when he gets so forgetful and angry .
Is there a support group for care giver in this situation?
