Hello,
I'm 47 years old. I have been having erectile dysfunction since my early thirties. I have done a couple of tests, for diabetes, prostate, testosterone, cholesterol, hypertension among other tests. The doctors say the results from my tests are just fine therefore, the Erectile Dysfunction cannot be as a result of any medical condition.
Mentally I am just ok. I have no stress and I have a strong desire for sexual intercourse. I have never had any injury that I can attribute to my condition.
For a couple of years, I have tried to use some medication to aid me with erection, however, I still can't have an erection that is strong enough for penetration.
What can I do or what can I use to deal with this condition?

Only 47 and experiencing erectile issues. Tried medications and still no real results. Your best bet is a penile implant. Do your homework. I am much older than you, but suffered the same. You need to go to a sexual health dr. .. not a regular urologist ... sexual health dr's deal with these issues ... do it while you are still young .. there are tests that can be done to check to see if the trapped blood i leaking back out of your penis .. there are shots you can use on your penis which are pretty much painless that can help induce an erection firm enough for intercourse ... the long you don't have firm erections the more size loss you will have as you age .. I'm much older than u 70 ..but in the end I ended up going with a mallabble epile implant one of the best choices I have made ..
