What helped me with hot flashes: What helped you?

I feel like I've earned my wings in this discussion. I'm 3 days into Orgovyx (relugolix tablets) and had my first hot flash last night. For a moment, I thought the AC kicked off but not so. I'm hoping it's a sign the medicine is doing its job. Thanks to all.

If your hot flashes get much worse. Let us know. I had a terrible problem with hot flashes for a year and my oncologist came up with a solution. Since then, I’ve had a couple of new solutions. Unless you’re getting a lot every day, most people can live with it.
