Thanks you too@celia16! I never eat raw vegetables in my life. I think I did many things wrong. I don't eat enough fruit, I don't eat enough vegetables and I only eat cooked vegetables. I always eat a lot of white rice. I am gluten intolerant but I still eat it. OMG, I followed a wrong diet for many years. Maybe it is time to change!

I met with a nutritionist at my endocrinologist’s office. We discussed diet, calories, meal plans, etc. I found her quite helpful and I eat a tight diet. Before the B12, salads didn’t help my constipation. So…I’m wondering why my stomach is being so sensitive now. I love my fruits and veggies, so I hate to lose those.

It’s never too late to incorporate good nutrition, imo. I feel much better than I did before starting my fitness journey.
