Is hrt a good option after Evenity

@dooshie

It’s been a lot longer for me but my cardiologist felt HRT would help sustain my bones and also provide the necessary boost for what I’m lacking. I just had some bloodwork done and hoping to see how my markers look. Went off Tymlos in June and will begin Evenity in Oct. a bit of a drug holiday but I’m traveling so don’t have a choice.

@dooshie, my endo thinks even a small dose will help with maintaining bmd somewhat, although the go-to dosing appear to be 0.05mg/day transdermal (or equivalent oral) estradiol. If you don't mind, could you share your bone markers when results are back? I'm monitoring too to get a right dose currently. Thanks a lot and have a great trip!

How long has it been?

Best of luck, dooshie, I hope hrt helps you maintain, and thrive!
Happy travels.
