@round5

PSMA Scan Impression from yesterday after completing all 6 doses of Pluvicto in April:

Reduced metastatic disease uptake with probable persistent low-level disease in a left lower neck node and left axillary lymph node. miPSMA Expression Score: 2

It might also be noted that I received 6 doses of Docetaxel and Carboplatin chemotherapy right before the Pluvicto. I completed everything in a 1 year period. I am still on Leuprolide and Darolutamide and my PSA is undetectable.

Appointment with Dr.Kwon this morning.

Glad you can ask Dr. Kwon about the scan results from yesterday. Good luck and keep us posted.

Starting chemo Doc wont let me go on daralutimide as Xtandi failed after a year

what does Leuprolide do is it zolodex

Dr.said this was a good scan. Hoping the areas still showing are dead cancer cells. Will continue on Leuprolide and Darolutamide and repeat scans in 3 months. When the before and after scans were pulled up side by side in the office today there was a very significant difference. Difficult to find the spots they charted but previous scan was easy to see.

Did you do 6 of doce and 6 of Carb
