@junerose42 we also have a Rems in Scottsdale, AZ. I believe they’re becoming more wide spread throughout the U.S. I plan on getting one in a few months.

Is the Scottsdale REMS at URPrecious Ultrasound? I've been tracking locations and now have a list in 12 states. Recently, I found one starting up in Owings Mills, MD, about an hour from where I live in Virginia. I've got an appointment for REMS there in October.
