How many of you were < 0.006 on the Labcorp test and then recurred?

And, what was the timeline of your recurrence and PSA history. Thanks!

I can't answer that directly, because my hospital's uPSA test goes down only to 0.01 and my PSA hasn't become detectable again in nearly 3 years, but just for extra information, it seems that if your PSA stays undetectable on the ultrasensitive test for a couple of years, it's a *very* good sign — not a guarantee, of course (nothing in cancer treatment is), but my previous radiation oncologist said people in my situation sometimes go 10+ years before any progression that requires addition treatment like chemo, so fingers crossed.

Note that in my case, with stage 4 oligometastatic, I'm on "forever" drugs (Orgovyx and Erleada) to help keep the PSA down. If your question is about PSA levels when not on ADT and/or an ARSI, then I don't really know much about it.
