An ultrasound of the abdomen is helpful, as heart problems can cause fluid to build up in abdomen making it swell and causing rib pain from distention. Also have your liver Enzymes been checked to check for cirrhosis or other liver disease? Have you had a pelvic exam to check your ovaries? An abdominal/pelvic ultrasound will look at everything. Adrenal glands not working is treatable with cortisol replacement. See if you can get in sooner to endocrinologist by asking to be put on a cancellation list. If they don’t have one, call every day to see if something has opened up in the schedule. Being pesty pays off! I hope you get help sooner than November!
