@nierenstein

No pain on urination no UTI I do have discomfort and sensitive lower back sensations.

I need a diagnosis but don't know which doctor in NYC to try. Could use a suggestion so I can get a diagnosis.

No blood in urine 10 days after blood was first detected.

Please reply with suggestions or advice.

Thank you, Diana (Worried)

Important for you to just get seen by doctor or doctors.
.a nephrologist and/or your own PCP. Good luck.

Sounds like possible kidney infection. If so you need antibiotics asap! My lower back was terribly sore when l had one and doctor actually called me back, which is rare. I’d get to an ER if your back hurts and have also discomfort. I don’t always have symptoms and landed in hospital 9 days with sepsis. Awful and near death, don’t mess with the urinary tract and kidneys.please!

@nierenstein, if you have not had diagnosis from a doctor. how do you know for sure you don't have a UTI? i'm guessing you've had a UTI before. i get them quite frequently. and i don't know it right away. BUT EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. GET TO THE ER IMMEDIATELY. NO PLAYING AROUND. @danny5

Diana It us possible to have an UTI with no "burning" symptom . An infection higher in the kidney can do that. My infections have no symptoms until very severe.
It is possible t o do an in home test to see if you have an infection started.
But my question for you is if you have pain, that is ongoing, why not see a doctor about it? Early detection of any problem is best, and saves other costly and complicated treatment
in the future.
I know its difficult to face a possible problem but you are concerned and perhaps it's just as important to ease those concerns? Hoping you feel better
