I begin my regimen of orgovyx tablets tomorrow morning (3/11). The radiation oncologist reviewed much of what is written here -- hot flashes, fatigue, weight gain. Can you still have a drink on it? What is a prostate diet? He told me I'd likely be taking orogvyx for a year. I think I'm a little bummed out. Should be starting radiation within a few weeks. I guess there's no recourse. Onward and upward!

I was on it 6 months and for my general health I essentially quit drinking during that time. When I did imbibe I noticed it enhanced the frequency and severity of hot flashes.

Hey buddy, I stopped drinking when my PSA started to climb after 5 yrs; it still went up!
Anyway, been on Orgovyx for 5 weeks and some of my liver enzymes are rising. DR not concerned right now but might be if they go up much higher. He asked me if I used alcohol and when I answered NO he said GOOD!
Not sure if they raise the same enzymes but I don’t want to complicate things at this stage.
I guess you should ask your DR just to be sure or drink very moderately and see what your bloodwork shows. Best of luck!
