Yes. I didn't find them alarming at 145 but he did. He is not in favour of supplementation in general. I don't know what his reasons are but I trust him.

I have been told the upper limit is 80. I keep my level around 50.

This article says over 100 is high and over 150 is toxic. So you are close to toxicity.

Most of us need Vitamin D supplementation, especially in the age of sunscreen, and those of us in more northern areas definitely need D.

How did yours get so high? Sun plus supplement? How much per day were you taking in supplementation? Did the doctor say anything about how to get it down?
