If I want to test food sensitivities or food intolerance, shall I see an immunologist or an allergist ? heard both can trigger immune system response.

I had milk and wheat intolerance and they constantly caused diarrhea. Digestive health is closely related to respiratory health.

I’m not sure about which specialist to see. I am tempted to see allergist due to my itching and constant watery nose. I saw one last year for a Penicillin challenge. Had been allergic as a child, so always thought I retained that allergy, but I outgrew it! No longer allergic and had it removed from all my allergy charts. It’s good to know I can use that antibiotic, if needed.

Is fatigue and food allergies your main issues?
