I too have this long COVID phlegm. I have had so many tests done and seen several specialist. It has been a year and a 1/2 for me. No diagnosis for it. Was told to see ENT for like the 5th time. But not sure what would be any different this time. It gets old with doctors throwing darts. It is frustrating to say the least unfortunately with long COVID still being so new, we have to suffer and not have answers.

You sound exactly like me. I’ve had this thick nonstop mucus in the back of my throat since January 2023 after having Covid. Pulmonologist and ENT have prescribed med after med and made lots of suggestions on things to try to do and nothing helps. Drinking lots of water hasn’t helped either. I feel like I’m drowning in mucus sometimes. I wake up each day hoping for a better day but every day is the same. Seeing a gastro soon but not at all convinced that there will be any answers there either. I want this condition to go away desperately.
