Can Reclast be Lowered dose?

@normahorn there have been posts elswehere here on the forum on the effectiveness of quite low doses, a regimen different from mine since I am going in every three months. I had already changed my appointment to go in earlier to share that info with my doctor and ask his opinion- in the hope of doing only 2mg for the year! Again I get more cooperation due to health issues. I did read that the 5mg dose is standardized regardless of personal needs and given once a year basically for the convenience and compliance of patients and probably less stress on the medical system.

I do think infusion resources, if limited, need to go to cancer patients.

@windyshores There are other osteoporosis meds that are given monthly. I would not sacrifice what might be better for my outcomes for fear of 'stressing the medical system' .
