I hope you are able to resume walking soon! I had to take almost 9 months off to help plantar fasciitis heal before returning back to my daily walks. I’m doing 8000 steps a day now. I had to switch to OrthoFeet shoes, but it’s well worth it!

First therapy session/consultation tomorrow.

We shall see. Using Doclofenac gel now.
