I wake up at night with burning feet and a few years ago tried something and it worked. I had some left over 5% lidocaine patches from the hospital. I cut one into two pieces and put 1/2 on the bottom of each foot. It helped immediately and by morning my feet were normal. These 5% patches need to be prescribed by your doctor. I hope it helps you.

Thanks for the tip. I have lidocaine on my list!

I’m going to try this right now! Thank you for the tip!

I tested various patches and for me the TIDL Lidocaine patches work well. Same procedure: cut into half and apply in the evening. They are 4% but seem strong enough. https://www.amazon.com/TIDL-Lidocaine-Relief-Patches-Large/dp/B0D2JJ3Q4J?ref_=ast_sto_dp
