Thank you for your reply. It will be a month at the end of the week so I am going to keep with it. Also experience some heart palpitations (not severe) and some confusion.

I have been on forteo for two months. Definitely feel listless, lack of energy. I usually take dose in am. I am going to try to switch to pm as when I wake up in the am I have lots of energy before taking my forteo dose. My blood pressure does fluctuate. However the lowest at the doctor's has been 115. I also have hypertension and take blood pressure meds.

@elaussies I got a blood pressure cuff and made sure to hydrate (and sometimes ate salty chips). Monitoring my blood pressure helped. I believe that low bp can cause palpitations and tiredness and Forteo and Tymlos both lower bp for up to a few hours, as I remember.
May not be relevant for you but for me the blood pressure cuff let me know more about what was going on. Again I ultimately went down to 1/4 dose and moved slowly up toward full dose.
