Good morning, I was incredibly tired for 4-6 weeks after starting teraparatide, plus I was getting heart palpitations. Thankfully my body got used to the drug, and I’m now symptom free. My bone markers after being on it for 3.5 months look very promising for a good outcome, so I’m glad I stuck with it. I hope your body adapts as mine did, but if it doesn’t you may want to consider another alternative as the tiredness I personally was experiencing would have been too much for two years.
