I do take it in the evening now. Doesn’t seem to be helping this as my sleep habits are terrible! It really kind of makes no sense to me because I’m sleeping through its peak times. So why am I waking up with zero energy??🤷‍♀️🙇‍♂️

Well, the fact that you have terrible sleep habits is very telling. I can't tell when you are sleeping and whether they are normal sleep periods like most people have or if you have interference like with a job or such. I'm not a doctor, so it seems like you need to start with your Personal Care Physician, see if you can get a referral to an endocrinologist (I'm not a fan of sleep medical offices unless you need to have a CPAP machine or so) and see if you can fit in a nap during the afternoon at all. Something has changed in your sleep schedule or your diet or your daily life schedule. That's what you likely need to work out. I know there are over-the-counter sleep aids like melatonin and Unisom XL (doxylamine succinate) that you could ask your doctor about. Plus do a search in this Mayo Clinic blog for how people improve their sleep regimen and get some hints from there. Good luck, wish I could have more helpful hints for you.
