Yes, like the other commenter indicated, talk to your doctor about your symptoms. Otherwise, consider how your Blood Pressure is doing and if the dosage of Losartan could be lowered (only per your doctor's advice!!!). If you can't get in to see your doctor right away, I'd say to take it just before bedtime, not during the day. See if that helps. I've read that there is a factor with Losartan that it may cause drowsiness. I recently changed to taking my Losartan (50 mg) before bedtime and it helps me sleep better. I read about it on-line. Or ask the pharmacist for the product brochure and read that over for common side effects.

I do take it in the evening now. Doesn’t seem to be helping this as my sleep habits are terrible! It really kind of makes no sense to me because I’m sleeping through its peak times. So why am I waking up with zero energy??🤷‍♀️🙇‍♂️
