I have reduced my caloric intake (probably too much but I'm working on that), I'm eating high protein/low-carb foods, I exercise 3 times per week (by being at work), I've cut down on milk tremendously, I've increased my water intake, and I've also been doing intermittent fasting with 18 hours of fasting and 6 hours of eating time.

Wow, Teresa great job preparing for surgery. As you know surgery is just a tool and not magic it is hard work and you are taking this seriously. 😀

Keep up the amazing work!!! When you get to pre-surgery, surgery, and post surgery it will be easier due to your new lifestyle of eating healthy and taking care of you!
