Thank you so much for your kind response and all the information you provided. I have been reading up about Pelvic PT but now, will definitely give it a second look. Sounds very optimistic. I mentioned these feelings to my gyno and she prescribed Estradiol cream. I haven't used it but after reading your response, I feel safe to say I will now give it a try. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with me.

Estradiol creme is very very safe and well tolerated, and works very differently than oral estrogen. It's made a world of difference for so many women to repair or prevent what is referred to as genitourinary syndrome of menopause, formerly "vaginal atrophy" Keeping the vulva and surrounding tissues healthy decreases risks of UTIs and difficult complications from that.
