I've read so much, it is all meshing together - 🙂
If I decide to do the Reclast, then I know I will hydrate and hydrate with electrolytes as well.
And ask about the longer infusion time.

I am also contemplating Reclast, but very concerned about side effects. I am 57 and have Osteoporosis. My diagnosis was a huge shock, as I have been an athlete my whole life, I rarely drink and do not smoke. My Nephrologist and Urologist have said it is okay to proceed with the Reclast, however, I feel like I need to try HRT and AlgaeCal before moving forward with Reclast. This forum has been beneficial to me. Thank you.
