My dizziness is so bad at times that I can’t speak out to my husband for help if I’m walking or in the kitchen. My head feels as though it spins quickly, my vision goes away… all the symptoms go away in less than a minute but not dizziness.
I’m not able to drive or do housework like I used to do. Thank goodness for my wonderful husband.
My doctor says Covid long haul symptoms take time and I need to adjust my life.
My taste, appetite and problems sleeping have improved.
I’m thankful for the Mayo Clinic Connect Support Group… knowing I’m not alone.

My heart goes out to you. Dizziness is horrible. Gez Medinger is a Covid long hauler that has a you tube channel. He has invaluable information about Covid and many videos with medical professionals. He also has come out with a Covid Handbook with lots of resources. You may have problems reading because of your dizziness but perhaps your husband may be able to look it up and you can listen to the videos. I don’t have long covid but my 79 year old husband does and is a challenge. I’m determined to find as much info as I can to help him deal with this condition. Good luck.
