Welcome @auntielisa, Sorry to hear that you have to deal with neuropathy pain following shingles on your head. I'm sure you aren't the only one and hoping members with experience can offer some suggestions. I recently tried CranioSacral Therapy session with Arjan Lighthawk at Inner Bliss. While I was relaxing, I had one of my unusual, uncontrollable deep breathing episodes. I immediately recognized it as the same type that happens to me while I’m sleeping at night.
Arjan mentioned that I might want to get checked to see if I’m a candidate for a CPAP machine. I wanted to bring this to your attention and see what you think.
