I have the same problem, never in my 52 years on earth have I had sinus issues but 2 years ago developed pain in nose and phlegm in throat that makes me continuously swallow. This was not after getting covid, however I believe the vaccine is to blame.
I’d appreciate anyone else who has developed sinus problems since having COVID vaccine to respond.

I have horrible issues with the thick mucus, in my throat and chest. It has truly worn me out for the 5 years since Covid and the vaccine. I had Covid right after the vaccine so don’t know which caused the worst symptoms but I’ve never had anything like it. I’ve had pneumonia 3 times since Covid/vaccine. Had to be hospitalized. I was terribly ill. I just got home from hospital 3 days ago. Was sickest I’ve ever been.
