Hi! I had a change in my sinus after my first covid infection. It was irritated and definitely drippy, backward into my throat. My nasal cavity had what felt like a lump - like a loogey I couldn’t clear. Totally inflammation. Bad for me, trying to be a audiobook voice artist. Whatever… it was Covid era.
Lost all my stamina, and couldn’t read more than a half hour before it hurt. Worse, it made me foggy.
It has subsided somewhat, as has my vacant mind. Feel like I can think again, finally.
Also, this last allergy season was particularly difficult for even those that don’t have terrible allergies. It fired up my asthma for the first time in 15 years. It could be something like that. It took me, like a lot of people in this group, a long time to get “better”. My best to you.
I have had post nasal drip from certain medications. Also check out if there isn't mold hiding somewhere in your home. I also had that.
