Did your doctor give you the results immediately, or in a portal/online service?

I would ask her to confirm. We’re not supposed to provide medical advice, but if you have access to an at-home rapid test, you can test yourself at home and they’re usually quite accurate. It may not be as accurate if you’ve been sick for a while, but it could give you an idea of if you’re contagious, if you’re worried about getting your kids sick.

@emo Yes, I understand. I was just asking because I want to keep my kids safe from catching COVID-19. I was a nurse in New York around the time of the COVID-19 outbreak, but I never contracted the virus. That is why am surprised now.
